Margaret trained with Walter and Dilys Carrington at The Constructive Teaching Centre in London. She qualified in 1976 and has over 40 years of continuous full-time teaching experience.
After training, Margaret assisted Elizabeth Langford and Paul Collins in their training course for three years, before returning to CTC to assist Dilys Carrington. She later co-directed a training course for five years with Robin John Simmons.
Margaret’s particular field of interest is in teaching musicians. She taught regularly at the Royal Academy of Music in London and has been a guest teacher at all of the major English Conservatories. She was also an Alexander Technique teacher to the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain for over ten years.
She is now living in Co. Mayo.
