Aisling Morgan
Aisling graduated as a teacher of the Alexander Technique in 2011. She holds a BA in Irish Music and Dance and an MA in Irish Traditional Music Performance from the University of Limerick.
I first discovered the Alexander Technique as an undergraduate music student in UL. As a musician I had been experiencing back pain and tendonitis as well as headaches and migraine. Through Alexander Technique lessons I noticed a great easing of my symptoms and became excited by its potential for improved health and better performance.
Since graduating in 2011, Aisling has taught the Alexander Technique to individuals and groups in a variety of contexts and settings in Ireland and in Australia.
Aisling currently teaches individuals from her home near Galway city where she lives with her husband and two small children.
