The Alexander Technique constantly helps me to feel calmer in stressful situations. It has also helped me to be more relaxed whilst driving. My stiff and painful neck has returned to normal, my wheeziness has greatly improved with no sign of the asthma returning, and my migraines are far less frequent and not nearly so intense. Although I feel I have a long way to go, I’m a lot more aware of myself, so whenever I get twinges of pain I adjust accordingly and the pain immediately eases. Although I still suffer from headaches, it takes a lot more physical and mental stress for them to manifest
