I am an organisation development consultant and a teacher of the Alexander Technique.

For over twenty years I have been involved in the management of change in organisations, teams and individuals, through facilitation, teaching and coaching. I focus on improving the communication of organisational strategy, implementing change, managing people, building teams and developing executives and managers through one-to-one coaching and training. Where appropriate and possible, I use the Alexander Technique in group and individual work. The physical changes resulting from an Alexander Technique session soon show in a vastly improved quality of thinking in participants, resulting in more creative insights and solutions to their problems.

Besides the change work, I also teach the Alexander Technique to students on the MA programme in Chant and Ritual Song in the University of Limerick and to undergraduates in Mary Immaculate teacher training college in Limerick. Simon Sleeman, OSB and I run a regular workshop on using the Alexander Technique to develop spirituality in the Benedictine monastery at Glenstal Abbey, Murroe, Co Limerick.
