Introduction to Posture using the Alexander Technique
In this practical workshop you will be guided through two practical activities (one seated and one lying down on the floor) and given useful tips to help you develop awareness of your body and improve your posture. You'll discover how simple adjustments and mindful movements can make a significant difference in your everyday life. This is an opportunity to learn the basics of posture from the comfort of your own home. There will be plenty of time for questions and a short break.
