This 10-week courses will provide you a sustainable foundation in the basic ideas of the Alexander Technique to improve your balance, posture and co-ordination and a more youthful presence. Through explorations, gentle hands-on work and observation, we'll explore the idea of habit and its prevalence in the way we use our whole selves in our daily activities such as walking, sitting, standing, lifting, bending, working at a computer and more.

You will develop more awareness and mindful movement.

Move more freely - reduce pain and stress - calm the mind - increase wellbeing

Includes a 'Guided Talk-Through' audio and weekly text messages to enhance your learning curve. You'll leave with a self-care skill you then can use anytime and anywhere.
