Come learn how to move with greater ease, smoother coordination and better balance. The Alexander Technique is a method of mindful self-care in everyday living. The basic principles are easy and enjoyable to learn. You can apply these skills anywhere – in the home or on the go!
You'll learn to improve your body awareness to keep you safe and sound – a vital ingredient for self-care. You'll also learn how to avoid habits that place you at risk for falls. Best of all, you'll simply feel more comfortable in your body as you move. You'll leave with a greater understanding of how your body works and a tool-box of information that – with simple practice – can last a lifetime.
Open to adults/seniors 50+.
